The FAP Exam to Google Calendar extension was built with a single purpose: to help FPT University students quickly save their exam schedules to Google Calendar.

This extension operates entirely within your browser. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data — ever.

2. What Data Is Accessed

When you visit the FAP exam schedule page, the extension reads the following data directly from the page's HTML table:

Subject name and subject code
Exam date, time, and room number
Exam form (e.g., Multiple Choice, Practical)

This data is used solely to construct a Google Calendar URL that is opened in a new browser tab. The data never leaves your device to our servers — we have no servers.

3. Permissions Explained

The extension requests the following host permission:

https://fap.fpt.edu.vn/* — Required to read the exam schedule table on the FAP portal. The extension is inactive on all other websites.

No other permissions (microphone, camera, location, cookies, history, etc.) are requested.

4. Third-Party Services

Clicking the "Add to Calendar" button opens Google Calendar (google.com/calendar) in a new tab with pre-filled event information. This is a standard URL redirect — no data is sent by this extension to Google. Google Calendar's own privacy policy applies to your use of their service.

5. Data Retention

This extension does not store any data. No local storage, no cookies, no databases. Everything is processed in memory and discarded when you navigate away from the page.
